Almost done with the office scene. Also this...

As the title says, I am nearly finished with the office scene that I have been working on for the past while. As a bit of a break from it, I took some time to model the trusty 12' Stanley tape measure I used when taking measurements of everything in the office area. I'm also working on the translucent plastic ruler I used, though I'm not sure when I will get around to doing the vernier calipers I use for really small details. This is primarily on account of lacking something to measure them with.

A funny thing happened regarding the rendering of this latest addition to the gallery. I kicked off the render last night, and left it going overnight. I made a little script to hibernate the computer after it finished (leave it to Microsoft to leave no simple command to sleep the computer rather than hibernate it, but I digress...). Anyway, I came down this morning and saw my computer was still on, but there wasn't a signal when I powered on the monitor. Apparently, the render had quite literally just finished, and the computer was in the process of hibernating itself. Talk about good timing...
